Hikvision to Exhibit Its Security Technology at GSX Booth No. 2004

The Global Security Exchange (GSX), the annual security conference hosted by ASIS International, has announced its speaker lineup for its upcoming conference, according to an article in SDM magazine.

GSX will take place this year at the McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago on September 8-12, and will include more than 300 educational sessions, several keynotes, and an exhibit hall.

“GSX 2019 will feature an impressive lineup of keynote speakers that truly reflects the diverse and evolving nature of the security profession, as well as the issues beyond security that ASIS members face each day. These distinguished executives come from different facets of the security industry, and we know that GSX 2019 attendees will benefit from their insights and expertise,” said Christina Duffey, president, ASIS International, in the article.

Speakers include representatives from multi-national engineering company, Jacobs—Steve Demetriou, chair and CEO, and Joe Olivarez, vice president—who will present the session, “Challenging the Status Quo to Achieve Transformational Success,” on Tuesday, Sept. 10. Tarah Wheeler, cybersecurity policy fellow at New America, will keynote the presentation, “Protecting Assets in the Age of Cybersecurity Leaks and Scandals: How to Plan When Risk is a Moving Target,” on Thursday, Sept. 12.

An additional international keynote speaker will be announced soon, according to the article.
