Hikvision has updated its Repair Maintenance Agreement (RMA) Policy with a newly launched extended 5-Year Warranty on premium project products to provide further support for customers and make project maintenance easier and more cost effective.

The 5-Year Warranty will be added to product lines including Professional IP cameras, NVRs, PTZs, and the Thermal product range (excluding highly accurate thermographic temperature screening products).

The full 5-Year Warranty is effective as of January 1, 2021. That means that qualifying products shipped from Hikvision USA to the original purchaser from the start of the year will automatically have the warranty extended from three years to five years.

The goal is to give customers added peace of mind and to strengthen our relationship with our partners. Hikvision trusts this extended warranty will help our customers manage projects and costs and ultimately to win more business through both system performance and reliability.
