This Privacy Policy (“the Policy”) has been designed to regulate how to collect, store, use and share your personal information. Please review this Policy before using the website. By accessing the website, you are deemed to accept this Policy and permit HIKVISION to collect, store, use and share your personal information according to the terms of this Policy.

Collection of Your Information
When you use the website, software or other services provided by HIKVISION, HIKVISION will collect your information as described in this Policy. The information can be divided into two classifications: personal information and non-personal information.

Personal information is data that is related to you, or is able to identify who you are with other information, including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact address, contact number, email address, and video content files that may contain personal visual identity information.

Non-personal information is the data that cannot establish any relationship with a specific individual, such as occupation, language, area code, product serial numbers, URL, user behavior, video content files that do not contain personal visual identity information, etc.

Additionally, HIKVISION’s websites, software or other services may use cookies and other technologies to better understand user behavior.
